How We Hire

We hire the modest and most hardworking people for roles at all levels of the company, with an emphasis on placing people in roles where they will do work they truly enjoy.

The most successful candidates possess the required skills and experiences for the roles they’ve applied for. Hold tight while we review your resume. If selected to advance in the process, you'll hear from the Talent Acquisition Team.

Screening Interview

If selected to advance in the process, you'll speak with someone on our recruiting team and/or team member to learn more about the role you've applied for and what it's like to work at Rakuna. In return, we will understand who you are as a person and assess if you are a fit.

Onsite Interview

You will meet the entire team and interact with your future teammates. We will further evaluate your interest in and ability to do the day-to-day work of the role we're hiring for.

Final Decision

You'll hear from the recruiter regarding the status of your candidacy at Rakuna. If offered the job, accept it! Together, we will then determine the start date, compensation and complete final paperworks.
