Grow Beyond 2019, with the aim to bridge the gap between aspiring talent in Vietnam and renowned employers, brought together 30+ leading local, regional and multinational corporates such as Prudential, EY, Boston Consulting Group, AB InBeV and attracted more than 2500 college students and fresh graduates. The event boxed 04 main activities that were tailored with high interactiveness and applicability, including:

  • Panel Discussion: Startup life & Corporate life - Choosing the best fit
  • Career Fair: Opening the door for young professionals, college students and fresh graduates to job opportunities from renowned corporates.
  • 1-on-1 Career Orientation: CV guidance and in-depth career orientation with corporate representatives
  • Workshops from AB InBEV, Group M, SK, Boston Consulting Group to equip potential candidates with highly applicable and practical workplace skills.

Through this strategic partnership, Rakuna & SEO-V opened up a platform that voices an open dialogue about the disconnect between recruiters and candidates and illustrated a solution to this recurring pain. In Career Fair 2019 “Grow Beyond”, attending corporates experienced Rakuna Product Suite on-the-spot and how they can take full advantage of the ease and simplicity of the platform to eliminate paperwork, save time, win top talents quickly and create an engaging experience throughout the recruiting process for both candidates and recruiters.
